Terms and Conditions
A non-refundable deposit of ÂŁ10.00 is required upon booking. This will secure your appointment and can either be deducted from the final bill at the end of the service or rolled to your next appointment.
If you need to cancel/change your appointment I ask that you give a minimum of 48 hours notice where possible. Cancellations will lose their deposit. A change of appointment made before the 48 hours cut off will keep their deposit and it will be moved to the new appointment.
No shows will be required to pay upfront in full upon booking any future appointments.
If you experience and problems (chipping, lifting, etc) within 3 days of your appointment please contact me and I will happily fix these free of charge.
Please note: infills and removals are only available for nail sets originally applied by me. I do not work over or remove sets done by other technicians.
